Writing this chapter and I’m not getting the effect I want. 😦 Not sure if it’s my frame of mind, or I need to rewrite it. Argh.

Will probably need to step away for a bit and take another stab at it later.

Hi! I write books. Sometimes I put my characters through hell, because it's fun, but everything always turns out okay in the end
